Okay, where do I begin?
Seth is just an incredible and very patient realtor. He displayed great professionalism and cares for his client. He did everything within his capacity to help getting us the property that we wanted. After a few offers fell short, he advised us on how to win offers and rest was history. We won several offers, but could not close due to issues discovered during inspections. Seth went out of his way to make sure we close on a property that meets our personal and financial goals.
Seth was so amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient during our home buying process.
Many times I got better advice from him on our loan process than I did from some of our possible lenders. I recommend him 100000 percent!!!
